For post-print corrugated applications we offer FLEXCEL NXC Plate Kits in a wide variety of sizes. Plate kits provide the two key materials required to create a finished FLEXCEL NXC Plate. The FLEXCEL NX Thermal Imaging Layer-R is designed to provide rapid, high-resolution imaging on the FLEXCEL NX System, and delivers a stable and predictable imaged mask for plate exposure. Lamination ensures intimate optical contact between the imaged layer and the FLEXCEL NXC Plate, allowing 1:1 dot reproduction onto the plate, and support for advanced plate surface patterning.

FLEXCEL NXC Plates are high-quality, lower durometer flexographic plates that provide full tonal reproduction, low dot gain, and robust on-press performance. Higher line screens are possible with existing press equipment, and excellent ink transfer and coverage minimizes fluting and increases visual impact, even on lower quality liner materials.
