Thermal Imaging & Lamination for 1:1 Dot Reproduction

Using the FLEXCEL Thermal Imaging Layer (TIL), plates are imaged with ultra-high resolution. The imaged layer is laminated onto the plate to ensure 1:1 dot reproduction, delivering unmatched image fidelity and consistent ink transfer.

Complete, End-to-End System
